If there is an issue with a piece of jewelry purchased through us, please contact us directly to find a resolution. This could be as simple as a jump ring repair or a jewelry replacement. Concerns need to be addressed directly to Copper Coyote and not through social media.

Our bracelets have a free repair guarantee! We will reweld your permanent jewelry for free, no receipt or explanation required.
